583 skilled immigrants obtained Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for immigration to Manitoba in this, the 169th Expression of Interest (EOI) draw for foreign skilled immigrants. 140 of the 308 LAAs were given to applicants with active Express Entry profiles.
