BC PNP Tech was a priority initiative, not a stand-alone immigration stream. The last priority technology occupation draw occurred on December 3, 2024.
Technology professionals can still be considered through the current Skilled Worker stream and broader high-economic-impact selections if they meet all criteria; a tech job title alone does not guarantee priority.

Eligibility and pathways
Previous BC PNP Tech eligibility lists and special invitation practices should not be advertised as current. The province now selects under broader 2026 priorities, including high-economic-impact invitations. Skilled technology workers still need to qualify for a current BC PNP stream.
