This new International Education Stream (IES) is for graduates of Manitoba educational institutions. This stream is dedicated to making the process of obtaining Permanent Residence in Manitoba as simple as possible.
This stream is divided into three (3) pathways. These are:

• Graduate Internship Pathway, and
• International Student Entrepreneur Pilot
The Business Investor Stream is designed for business investors and entrepreneurs from around the world who want to start and buy businesses in Manitoba.
There are two pathways, these are:
• Entrepreneur Pathway
• Farm Investor Pathway
Immigrating Manitoba via Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a three-step process:
