Indian ordinary-passport holders normally require a Singapore entry visa. Diplomatic, official and service passport exemptions and narrowly defined transit arrangements may apply. Visa validity and the length of stay granted at entry are separate.
A completed and signed Form 14A, recent colour photograph taken within three months, passport biodata-page copy and passport valid for at least six months from arrival are core requirements. ICA or the authorised visa agent may request Form V39A (Letter of Introduction), travel plans, accommodation, evidence of funds or other supporting documents. Non-English documents require accepted translations.
Choose an authorised visa agent appointed by the Singapore Overseas Mission, or apply through an eligible Singapore local contact/strategic partner using ICA e-Services. Submit the requested form and documents, pay the official fee and any disclosed agent charges, and obtain your electronic visa if approved. Avoid unauthorised agents.
Before travelling, check passport validity, onward or return travel arrangements and sufficient funds. Submit the free SG Arrival Card within three days including arrival day, unless exempt. At the checkpoint, ICA determines admission and the duration of the electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass). The SG Arrival Card is not a visa.
The ICA entry-visa processing fee is S$30 and is non-refundable. Agent service fees, if applicable, are separate. ICA generally processes applications within three working days excluding submission day, but some cases take longer. Apply within 30 days before arrival.
Tourism, visiting friends or family and certain permitted business visits may be possible under short-term entry arrangements. An entry visa or short-term visit pass does not authorise taking employment in Singapore. Separate work authorisation is required.
An approval is not guaranteed. Review the application for accuracy, respond to requests for documents and avoid relying on non-refundable bookings before your travel permission is confirmed.
We assist with eligibility screening, document checklists, application preparation and process guidance. Government authorities decide visa applications and entry permission; approval cannot be guaranteed.
