Quebec Invites 1,560 Skilled Immigrants in Latest Draw

On July 31, 2024, the Quebec government announced the results of its most recent draw for skilled immigrants. The Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration sent invitations to 1,560 individuals to apply for permanent selection. These invitations were issued based on data extracted from the Arrima bank on July 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.

What are the eligibility requirements for applying to the Quebec PNP draw?

These invitations were sent to people who met the following criteria:

  • They possessed a level 7 or higher oral proficiency in French, as assessed by the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent.
  • Their occupation was listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC 2016).
