On January 12, 2023, the Canadian province Manitoba published the details of its first Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Expression of Interest (EOI) draw (#165) of the year 2023. The draw was conducted for foreign skilled immigrants.
As a result of this draw, a total of 322 skilled immigrants received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for permanent residence in Manitoba. Out of these 322 LAA’s, 27 were issued to immigrants with an active Express Entry profile.
The draw’s details, including the number of invites sent out and the required Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in each category, are listed below:
