Manitoba PNP conducted its 11th Ukraine Draw for Ukraine Citizens on February 24, 2023, sharing 13 Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) for the citizens of Ukraine.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) will conduct routine Expression of Interest (EOI) draws for people who meet all MPNP eligibility requirements and are impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine as part of the Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine and in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for those affected.

Expression of Interest (EOI) of Ukraine Residents is only being considered if they are meeting the following criteria:
