Manitoba invites 13 applicants in the new Manitoba PNP Draw for Ukraine

Manitoba PNP conducted its 11th Ukraine Draw for Ukraine Citizens on February 24, 2023, sharing 13 Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) for the citizens of Ukraine.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) will conduct routine Expression of Interest (EOI) draws for people who meet all MPNP eligibility requirements and are impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine as part of the Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine and in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for those affected.

Which Ukraine Citizens are being considered for Manitoba PNP Draw?

Expression of Interest (EOI) of Ukraine Residents is only being considered if they are meeting the following criteria:

They must be the citizens of Ukraine
Must have CLB 4 in each module
Have some kind of connection to Manitoba either a close relative or a friend, someone known in the community, prior experience in Manitoba or have studied in Manitoba previously.
Have a valid language proficiency test.
Must have at least 60 points as per the Manitoba assessment criteria.
