Quebec Invites 1017 immigrants in latest Quebec PNP Draw

On March 9, 2023, the Canadian province of Quebec published the results of the draw held on March 2, 2023. This was the third draw, conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration in the year 2023. This draw was extracted from the Arrima Bank on February 27, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.

In this draw, a total of 1017 applicants were invited to apply for Permanent Selection. Invitations were issued based on labour market needs and immigrants’ integration potential.

Following submission, successful applicants will have an average of six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). The following are the eligibility requirements for being invited to submit a Permanent Selection application:

These invites were sent to those who met the following requirements:

• They had a score equal to or greater than 589 points; OR
• Have a legitimate job offer that was outside the boundaries of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
