On April 4, 2023, the Canadian province of Quebec published the results of the draw held on March 30, 2023. This was the fifth Quebec immigration draw, conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration in the year 2023. In this Quebec Immigration draw, profiles were extracted from the Arrima Bank on March 27, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.
A total of 619 applicants were invited to apply for Permanent Selection. Invitations were issued based on labor market needs and immigrants’ integration potential. Following submission, successful applicants will have an average of six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). And, they had a legitimate job offer that was outside the boundaries of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

Step 3: Upon receiving an invite apply to permanent selection with the application fee.
Step 4: Upon receiving the permanent selection CSQ will be allotted.
Step 5: Submit your application for Canada PR Visa.
